Our UK delivery charges are currently,
Extra small items - £1.50 - Royal Mail 1st Class
Small parcels - £4.00 - Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class
Medium parcels - £6.10 - Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of being placed. If your order is required urgently please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our hardest to meet your needs.
We try to make our shipping charges as fair and straightforward as we can, but it is sometimes difficult to build in all possible options on all variations of package sizes and relative shipping costs online.
FREE LOCAL COLLECTION/DELIVERY
If you live in the local area of Beckenham (BR3) and you wish to collect your order please select the COLLECT FROM SHOP shipping option at checkout and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange collection/drop-off.
Every order is carefully wrapped and packaged by hand using only biodegradable, recycled or recyclable packaging. Whenever possible we will reuse packaging that has been sent to us (boxes/bubble wrap etc). Tissue paper is acid free and our S+W labels are fully biodegradable and compostable. We also ensure that we use the minimum packaging possible when sending your items.
We hope you love your purchase from Smith + Wares but if for any reason you have changed your mind, we do accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Providing the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your goods are damaged or faulty. We recommend you send your return by tracked mail as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable)
If you havent recieved a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
